It Pretty Cold Now!

My house is very cold, and I don't have the heat on yet, as it will soon be in the upper 60's. This is the type of weather that causes you to get out all the seasonal wardrobes and wear layers. I now wear a uniform, so it's not so hard to determine an 'outfit'.

Election Season
I hear in all these election commercials about 'Georgia values'. What are Georgia Values? Drop out of school and marry your cousin? A Double-wide and a wrecked car on every lot? Play college football, but don't attend any classes? Maybe we should vote for someone who's willing to change Georgia Values.
I really get tired of Hollywood's (and the rest of the country) stereotype of a 'typical' southerner. We're supposed to Tawk funny, be stupid and naive. We all know that's not necessarily true, but then someone in Georgia or Alabama does something stupid, like put warning labels on Biology books and the stereotype becomes valid. One network was shopping around a TV show about putting a Southern family in a Big City to watch the antics. How about taking a family that has never left the City and putting them in a small southern town. Or any small town. That would by hysterical! //End Sarcasm

Speaking of Stereotypes
Tomorrow I'm off and it's supposed to rain, so I'll take the Duct Tape off the bathtup and re-recaulk it.

More to come...
As things happen, I'll be posting. Thanks for taking the time to read. You're opinions are welcome but if you have to start calling me names, don't bother, I won't read them. As my Dad says 'Opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.'
