Gosh, even when you don't have a job, Friday's are good.
'Bowling for Columbine'
Yea, so it's a few years old and I'm just now watching it. I thought Michael Moore made some interesting points. Fear does seem to be the only thing to motivate people. If I hear anything else about the Bird Flu.. I'm getting 'Fareinheit 9-11' thru Netflix soon.
Finding a job or Finding a Sugar Daddy?
Before I lost my job, I had signed up for match.com. I haven't pursued much as I can't seem to get interested in dating now. IMHO, dating and job hunting are similar, you must put yourself out there to try to get noticed and be ready for rejection, and I'm not emotionally healthy enough to do both right now. The job market has gotten better, for awhile after 9/11 it seemed it would be easier to find a Sugar Daddy than a job! I'm now at the point where I need some stimulating conversation and maybe dinner bought for me, so I'm working it. But, just like interviewing, getting that second phone call is a problem...
More to come...
As things happen, I'll be posting. Thanks for taking the time to read. You're opinions are welcome but if you have to start calling me names, don't bother, I won't read them. As my Dad says 'Opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.'
