Monday, Again??!!

Thanks to all for their comments on Thursday, I understand that the phone works both ways, and I agree, Primer, one does get tired of being the instigator. And when you are unemployed, as Stacy said, you feel cut off from everyone, for whatever reason. Remember Mr Come-into-my-office-everyday? Haven't heard from him since I've been unemployed. I've reached out to him a few times, but when you get no response, you kinda quit. Someone mentioned Survivors Remorse, which could be the answer. But I have been keeping up with 2 other co-workers, so who knows? Who cares?

Plans
I do have plans this week, though. I'm finishing my exam today for my online class, then tonite I'm participating in a project with Hands-On-Atlanta, Board Development Program. Small series of 'classes' to train people to serve on Boards-of-Directors for Nonprofits. There's a placement service, too. I've sporadically volunteered for things, but I want to do something more than collect tickets or sell t-shirts.
Tomorrow, I'll be working with the Alzhiemers Assn and doing some data entry for them. Hey, it's a way to network, it gets me out of the house and I'll meet more people.

More Kittie Stories
Sorry to bore ya'll with this, but this is the most exciting thing I've got going on in my life! I'm now the Surrogate Mother. This kitten follows me around the house. The baby-gate is a thing of the past. He figured out how to clear the top on Friday night so it's useless. I felt sorry for the kittie on Friday, so he slept with me. Yeah, right. Ever seen a kitten? They go Full Tilt for about 1/2 hour, then crash and burn for about 15 minutes, only to start over again. I didn't sleep much with the constant nipping, scratching and jumping and the occasional hissing from Miss K.

He's gotten stronger and quicker. If I put him in his box and try to leave the room and close the door, he's already made it out of the box, across the room and almost out the door by the time I get to the door. Amazing.

Other Thoughts
Didja see 'Sex and The City'? I have no interest. I never watched the TV show, and can't seem to get interested in still another TV show demonstrating how inadequate I am, or the type of woman I should aspire to be. I swear, if I hear a woman say that her favorite hobby is shopping, I cringe. How shallow. But to each his own.

A topic of conversation: Judgement. I'm working on that. What does it mean to be 'judgemental'? According to the definition, judgement is part of having an opinion. Huummm.. So a person with no opinions does not judge? I've got a lot of work to do!
