Happy Monday!

This Daylight Saving Time kicked my butt. I couldn't go to sleep last night, and, by extension, I couldn't get up this morning.

Action Packed Weekend
Let me tell you about my weekend...
I've started going to the gym, I went last Monday and Wednesday and was planning on Friday, but I was so tired of doing nothing at work that I went home. I decided to watch TV in the bedroom, curled up on my Wonderful Memory foam matress pad and settled in to watch TV about 8:30. I woke up at 9 when 'House' came on, I woke up at 10 when the News came on, and I woke up at 11:30 when 'That 70's Show' came on. I slept all night until 8am. I must have been tired!

I wanted to go hiking on Saturday, there was a great hike up near Cartersville, but Maturity kicked in and I decided to go buy tires. (If you recall the Tire Fisaco of last August, I needed them!) I looked at a few ads, and decided to find Big 10 tires in Tucker. Never made it, I found instead 'Tucker Tires'. Nice guys, I spend the better part of Saturday am in the waiting room reading the paper.

I went to the gym on Saturday and killed myself. It was so much easier 10 years ago. I did some running, some weights, some situps. I slept like a log.

Yesterday was a cleaning/buzz around day. I bought a rain barrel, but I need to connect it to one of my downspouts. I had lots of containers collecting rain and they've been sitting on my deck. I've had something similar in the past and it rotted out one of the boards, so I needed to get that water taken care of. Now it is. I also priced a new front door, a shower insert, and looked at some tiles. It's great to have ideas, even better when you act upon them!

News from the Dating World
Wish I had some. Actually, I called a guy from e-harmony late last week and he's already asked me out! We talked for about 1/2 hour, he seems like a nice guy, he works out of town every other week, so this is his off week. We'll go out for coffee and the Georgia O'Keefe exhibit at the High.

My Coworker sent me a really cute email about a Persian cat. I was thrilled! He sent me an email!! (No expectations??? Who said that?!) I saw him this morning as I was coming in and he said he almost called me yesterday! He was looking for some wine. I must be making some headway!!
