Yes, I finished my taxes! I owe the State of Georgia $1. And to pay that $1, I have to write a check and send it in. They will spend how many dollars to process the mail, the check and deposit the $1 into their coffers? Kinda not worth it, huh? I wish I could just take it somewhere and pay cash, of course I'd pay in pennies. But that's too easy....
