So This Is Winter?

It's been very cold at night, upper 20's/low 30's, but the daytime temps have been 40's and 50's, so it isn't too bad. Yet.

Recipes
I got some requests for the recipes that I'm preparing, click here . I've only been doing this for a few weeks, so I've only done the Sweet Orange Shrimp and now the Chili. They feature 3 recipes a week, but our store is smaller, and we only have to prepare and sample one. (Thank God!)

I got my 90-day review yesterday, and it was pretty good. I evidently have issues with arriving on time, (imagine!), but everything else is good. Because I have to clock in, I can't be 1 minute late, and sometimes I am. So it's not too much of an issue, but it is an issue. I even got a raise, something that probably won't happen for awhile as I've already topped out in my Job Class. But management knows money is a big thing with me, and I know I've got a friend in management and they will work with me. But time is a big issue for promotion, so I have to make a decision. How long can I wait?
