Oh, What a Beautiful Morning!

Now if I only had Hugh Jackman here singing that to me. No, actually, if Hugh Jackman were here, he wouldn't be singing and I'm not sure we'd know what kind of morning it is...

Busted
Evidently my sister is reading my blog, as I've been getting some replies that (IMHO) require explanation. Yesterday her comment about Bozo brought back one of those Moments. I was home visiting and the whole family was together. I had dyed my hair red for the first time just before I went home. In my family, if you can't take a joke, you won't survive. My sister started in on me about my red hair and started making 'Bozo' comments. (It wasn't that red!) When my family get together, we either fight or drink, usually both, so I'm sure we were feeling pretty good. Then 'Kids' (my sister, my 2 neices and myself) decided to go to a bar for a nightcap. Of course the Bozo comments were flying and we were hysterically laughing. I walked into the building, turned toward the bar and there stands a guy dressed as a clown. He was a patron, visiting the establishment for a different reason. I fell down, I couldn't move I was laughing so hard. As the other girls came in and saw the clown, there reaction was similar. That set the tone of the evening, and I couldn't get away from the Bozo's. I guess you had to be there.

Craft Fair
I've been encouraged to try my hand at selling my jewelry, so I'm getting a table at the Idlewood Elementary School Fall Festival on October 7. I have some inventory and after taking mental notes of all the jewelry vendors at the East Atlanta Strut, I've got enough inventory to be respectable. I've purchased some display items (jewelry trees, pads, necklace busts) and I'm planning on making a few more, I bought tags to price all the items, I've got business cards, so I'm thinking I'm set. This is the way you learn what you need. So come on out to Idlewood Elementary School on October 7 to look at my wares!

More to come...
As things happen, I'll be posting. Thanks for taking the time to read. You're opinions are welcome but if you have to start calling me names, don't bother, I won't read them. As my Dad says 'Opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.'
