Yeah, I watched it last night. What did he really say? He did mention the country's reliance on oil, which really suprised me. I don't believe any political speech. He says what he thinks we want to hear and then does what he wants. That's a generic 'he', I mean any politician. Who said 'cynical'??

I was sorry to hear she'd passed, I know she wasn't well. Things have changed, she was flown up from Mexico on a private jet, would her husband have been accorded the same luxury? I lived during the Civil Rights Era, I lived in DC when MLK had the March on Washington. I was very young and didn't pay much attention, and my parents were not comfortable with the whole concept. They were products of their times. I would like to get my hands on a biography of MLK and see just what really happened.
Small Business
I start my Small Business class tonite. I'm excited, at least I have something to look forward to! It's not anything I've been interested in before, but I'm tired of 'working for the man' and I want to do something I enjoy.
