Tuesday is the New Friday

I have off the next 2 days, so today is my Friday. I'm so confused...

Illegal Drugs
What's this all about pot flavored lolly-pops? Seems like Cherokee county wants to ban them from being sold in the county. Pot Flavored? I didn't think it had a flavor, except maybe smoke or nasty bong water. Not that I would know... ;-)

Just like High School
I went to a party on Saturday, just to eat some good dinner and to socialize with some friends. I got there and had some great food, saw a few old friends that I hadn't seen since last year and mingled for a bit. It was early, not even 9 pm, so the vast party hadn't really started yet. I was talking to a few people. It was time and I tried to find the hostess to say good-bye, but she was nowhere to be found. I asked someone if they'd seen her and was told she's in the 'Smoking Lounge'. Evidently 1/2 to 1/3 of the party was in the basement, imbibing. Whatever. I don't do that, I'm not interested in doing that. I don't care if you do, as long as it's not affecting me. I guess that's just not my scene anymore, so I guess I'll move on.

Off to Work
Time to run and check out people's food. Today is our 'Festival' where we have samples of all our party trays and goodies. Should be fun and busy. I like watching people, so this will be a good day!
