So Happy It's Thursday!

This may be a bit disjointed, I seem to be exceptionally ADD lately. Could it be that I'm very busy? Maybe. Could it be that time of life ? More than likely.

More Random Thoughts

I've gotten a few snail-mail letters inviting me to take out AARP life insurance, and I got an email today asking me to join AARP. I'm hoping it was just SPAM.

For some reason, I'm feeling a bit blue today. Not sure why. (That's not true, I'm pretty sure why, but that would be TMI). But I've already discovered today that if you are nice and pleasant to other people, they will be nice and pleasant to you, too. On leaving the coffeeshop, there was a man coming in the shop and he held the door for me. I thanked him and asked him how he was doing and he replied a bit suprised. But he had a smile on his face. It's all good.

I'm shooting for the stars this weekend: I'm going to the Shakespeare Tavern with 7 couples and me. Sigh, some things never change.

I was discussing some things I did in college with a co-worker the same age as me. I wasn't wild by any means, I just did what I did. He was probably worse than me, but it was pretty tame. But we were laughing all the same. One of the programmers came by and wondered why were were laughing so hard. We couldn't tell him, but we found out he was 27. We told him to do all sorts of stupid stuff so he could reminisce when he was 50.
