It's amazing to me how much junk one person can accumulate. Of course it's easier to make decisions about what to keep in rooms that you don't live in. It's much harder to throw junk away in my bedroom.

I did a closet purge last night. I got rid of all the old clothes that I can't/ don't wear anymore. And I've replaced all my wire hangers! I've gotten rid of BAGS of coathangers. Back In The Day, I used to buy lots of clothes that needed dry cleaning. So you'd get tons of wire hangers. Now I buy wash and wear stuff, don't do the drycleaning (or ironing for that matter! If the wrinkles don't fall out, I hang it in the shower.) Now, when I take semi-dry clothes out of the dryer, I hang them on thicker hangers inside out, so I don't get lines on the shoulders. Works some times, some times I have inside out lines on my shoulders. Oh well.
Lost
In all my determination and drive, I have boxes everywhere. Until I hear from someone, I have to act like I'm leaving, so I'm packing lots of stuff in boxes. Things I don't use everyday, wall decorations, etc. Since I'm planning on cleaning the carpets in the bedrooms, I'm trying to keep them as empty as possible, which means I've got junk everywhere. In the next few days, I'm planning on moving my matress into the dining room, so I can get to the carpet in my room. This means that I can't find anything. I desperately need a nail file, and I've seen a brand new package, somewhere. I can't waste time looking for it as I usually find something more important that needs to be done.
More to come...
As things happen, I'll be posting. Thanks for taking the time to read. You're opinions are welcome but if you have to start calling me names, don't bother, I won't read them. As my Dad says 'Opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.'
